Our stay was absolutely magical! The landscaping was a true work of art, with the rock gardens and plants telling their own enchanting story. The house itself was stunning, and the unique decorations kept us discovering little treasures around every corner. But the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view – it was a joy to simply sit and soak in the beauty surrounding us. Zeb was incredibly attentive and made sure everything went smoothly, providing us with fantastic local recommendations and clear, easy-to-follow directions. Truly a memorable experience!

This was my third time staying at this incredible property and it still never gets old. Ben is an amazing host and the property is gorgeous with incredible views and a charming eclectic decoration and style. This place is a far cry from the empty Ikea furnished white box corporatesque airbnbs. Towels, kitchenware, bedding, cutlery, everything there is more than enough to support a group of 10. We will definitely be returning for a 4th 5th and 6th time, as long as this property is for rent!

This villa is amazing. Spectacular views, and lush tropical landscaping. The beach is a steep hike, but well worth the walk! It was the most beautiful beach I’ve seen. The villa was very comfortable and well-appointed. Our hosts, Ben and Zeb, were great communicators. The drive to the villa has very steep roads, and should only be attempted with a local driver or someone who is experienced with mountainous driving and a good vehicle. I hope to return soon!

Absolutely beautiful house! Truly a special place. Ben and Zeb are fantastic hosts that went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip. Great local recommendations and always available when we needed them. Look forward to visiting again!

This house is like a gorgeous, serene, quiet, Monastery on the Cliffs of North Tortola. From the moment we arrived Ben was awesome, responsive and made our stay wonderful. We cannot say enough about the house. Surprises everywhere. Spent most of the time upstairs in the veranda and around the pool. Wish we had 2 more weeks to explore and utilize everything the house had to offer. We actually tried to explore and spend time in every chair on the property just to experience all of it. 5 beautiful bedrooms. ICE COLD AC but we kept the main living area open to air to experience and feel the nature and the morning storms and evening breezes of the BVI. Cannot wait to go back. Probably the most beautiful beach we have ever been to. When you dream of what a beach and water and how God intended it. This is it.

Ben is truly a gem. Went above and beyond to help us - gave us recommended, drove me to the airport; picked up food for us one night etc Just could not have been a nicer, more helpful, more communicative AirBnb host. I will 100% rent from Ben again, whether this property or another. The house is also beautiful.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. We had 7 in our family stay, and the house was perfect—lots of room, lots of privacy, interesting and inspirational decor, and the ambiance was insane! The views and location were absolutely stunning. Ben was a gracious host-responsive and extremely helpful with local needs. One of the coolest things that stood out was when we checked in. We got in late (not recommended, though, because it's rather tough to find in the dark). However, we arrived tired and worn out and walked down to the house through the beautiful courtyard, the house was lit with music playing, and the vibe was really welcoming. We perked right up and jumped in the pool immediately! Such an amazing home and experience in the BVIs. We will be back soon and stay at House of Rogues again for sure! PS- Rent a 4-wheel drive! It's helpful when you go down to the private beach!

House of Rouges was the absolute perfect stay for our family group. Tortola was beautiful and I really don’t think you can find a better view on the island than Ben’s place. The pool and sitting areas are great for relaxing and dinner at sunset in the upstairs deck and bar area is truly stunning. The house itself has great character and charm and Ben is a super, very responsive host with some great stories! We all agreed that we would stay here 10 times over. Thanks again Ben, we hope to be back soon!

The pictures of this amazing house are stunning. But when you get there, you realize the pictures don't even begin to capture how magical this place is. Our family has traveled a good bit, and House of Rogues is now our favorite vacation destination, ever. If you're considering going, just do yourself a favor and book it. Now. The house is stunning, the views are surreal, and the host (Ben) could not have been more gracious and helpful. We loved every minute of our stay and plan to go again.
