The large infinity edge pool is designed to mirror the natural beauty of the sea below and the sweeping views along the rugged Atlantic coast. With 5 bedrooms the house can accommodate up to 10 guests. The décor, furnishings and high end appliances are an eclectic mix of antique and modern chic.

The house is designed to be largely energy independent with a sophisticated solar power system that can utilise grid power if necessary. The system is fully automated and requires no input from guests

Neighborhood

Rogues Point,where the house is located is a small peninsular with only 6 other properties. The neighbours are all friendly and easy-going and the area is safe and secure. It is a short walk to the uncrowded and exquisite sandy beach of Rogues Bay. Be aware that the road is quite steep and uneven in places so should not be attempted by those with limited mobility. In the summer it mostly flat calm but in the winter there can be strong swells and currents here.

Spectacular home in an incredible location. Tortola and the surrounding islands are wonderful to explore - beautiful scenery and great people. But we were equally happy to come back to the home every day to relax, cook and spend time together at this house. A perfect place to gather together and soak it all in - it has everything you need. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Our stay was absolutely magical! The landscaping was a true work of art, with the rock gardens and plants telling their own enchanting story. The house itself was stunning, and the unique decorations kept us discovering little treasures around every corner. But the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view – it was a joy to simply sit and soak in the beauty surrounding us. Zeb was incredibly attentive and made sure everything went smoothly, providing us with fantastic local recommendations and clear, easy-to-follow directions. Truly a memorable experience!

This was my third time staying at this incredible property and it still never gets old. Ben is an amazing host and the property is gorgeous with incredible views and a charming eclectic decoration and style. This place is a far cry from the empty Ikea furnished white box corporatesque airbnbs. Towels, kitchenware, bedding, cutlery, everything there is more than enough to support a group of 10. We will definitely be returning for a 4th 5th and 6th time, as long as this property is for rent!

This villa is amazing. Spectacular views, and lush tropical landscaping. The beach is a steep hike, but well worth the walk! It was the most beautiful beach I’ve seen. The villa was very comfortable and well-appointed. Our hosts, Ben and Zeb, were great communicators. The drive to the villa has very steep roads, and should only be attempted with a local driver or someone who is experienced with mountainous driving and a good vehicle. I hope to return soon!

This house is like a gorgeous, serene, quiet, Monastery on the Cliffs of North Tortola. From the moment we arrived Ben was awesome, responsive and made our stay wonderful. We cannot say enough about the house. Surprises everywhere. Spent most of the time upstairs in the veranda and around the pool. Wish we had 2 more weeks to explore and utilize everything the house had to offer. We actually tried to explore and spend time in every chair on the property just to experience all of it. 5 beautiful bedrooms. ICE COLD AC but we kept the main living area open to air to experience and feel the nature and the morning storms and evening breezes of the BVI. Cannot wait to go back. Probably the most beautiful beach we have ever been to. When you dream of what a beach and water and how God intended it. This is it.

Find us

The roads in the area are quite steep but in good repair. It is about 2 miles to the main town, Roadtown on the South side of Tortola and there is only very limited public transport so a 4WD car is recommended to get the most out of your vacation
